Request an Appointment

Our Scheduling Process begins with an initial phone call with our patient care coordinator. During this call, we will discuss with you the nature of your concerns and schedule you for the appropriate amount of time needed to best suit your signs and symptoms. For the majority of cases, our testing and assessment are divided into two separate appointments which vary between 60 and 90 minutes. Once testing is completed, a third appointment may be scheduled with the doctor to review all test results and provide the necessary recommendations for treatment, if needed. This appointment may be virtual, in-person, or via phone. If therapy services are recommended, our patient care coordinator will subsequently contact you to review costs, and insurance questions and to schedule all future appointments.
